TheATA Dental Plan Booklet is reproduced here, to answer any questions you have.

We now have a complete list of participating providers for the dental plan. This means that they have agreed to accept our Dental Schedule as full payment. Our members should call and verify before using any of these providers. However, you may continue to go to any dentist of your choosing.

Information about Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield can be found here. This site also provides a handy search engine to find the nearest specialist to fit your needs.

Information about Davis Vision can be found here, and is also a great spot to go to locate answers.
