Estimate of Retirement Allowance

To obtain an estimate of your Retirement Allowance, write to the Retirement System at the address listed below.

1. Request three estimates: (1) one with and (2) one without maximum withdrawal of your annuity contributions; (3) one with only withdrawal of principle portion of Annuity Savings Find (only for Tier I or II members who have put monies into their Annuity Savings Funds).

2. Request that the esimates include the maximum benefit and all options.

3. Include all of the following information:

a) Name and address

b) Membership and/or Social Security number

c) Anticipated date of retirement

d) Sex and birth date of your beneficiary

e) Your current school years's salary

f) Amount of termination pay to be received (retirement incentive, payment for unused sick days, etc.)
